We want you to love your Club L London look, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all tags attached, and are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original bag, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
